He leaves a son, Ray Lombard of Marlboro; three daughters, Dawn and Amanda Lombard, both of Marlboro, and Tanya MacKinnon of Hudson; his mother, A. Louise (Horrigan) Lombard of Wayland; and two grandsons. He was born in Boston, son of Dr. Roland A. Lombard, and lived in Wayland all his life.

Mr. Lombard last was employed as a quality control inspector with Digital Equipment Corp. He was a musician who also enjoyed the outdoors and animals.

The funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Gibbs Memorial Chapel at John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road. After cremation, burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours at the funeral home are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
